• This applies to all products, regardless of condition, once delivered.

• Final sale: No returns or refunds. Opened or used items cannot be accepted due to health regulations.

2. Hygiene & Sanitation Compliance

• Liftimo devices are classified as personal-use medical equipment.

• For health and safety reasons, any item that has been opened, handled, or used cannot be returned or resold.

• This policy is enforced in accordance with health department sanitation standards.

3. Shipping Responsibility

• If, in rare cases, a return is authorized at our sole discretion, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
